1. The Rolly Pre-Order Promotion is open exclusively to all My Sony members and limited to one Rolly unit per member.

2. Payment must be made during the Rolly Pre-Order Promotion period from 30 Dec 2008 to 9 Jan 2009 at selected Sony Style and Sony Centre stores.

3. Pre-order purchase is based on a while-stock-last basis, and proof of the Rolly Pre-Order Promotion page is required.

4. Rolly units and stated pre-order free gifts are to be collected during 20 Jan to 25 Jan 2009 (Collection Period) at the same store where you place your order.

5. No cancellation is allowed once order is placed, and all goods sold are not exchangeable and/or refundable.

6. In the event of any irregularities, all decisions made by Sony Electronics (S) Pte. Ltd. are final and no further claim will be entertained.

7. Sony Electronics (S) Pte. Ltd. may at its discretion at any time replace or substitute the free gift with any other gift of equal or lesser value as selected by Sony Electronics (S) Pte. Ltd.
